The subtle tones of the interior are enhanced by the thoughtful use of fluted panels, veneers, stone veneers, and modified clay material with Italian marble flooring.
Soothing combination of wood veneer, PU & beige colored fabric in the headboard enhances the minimalism of the space.
The wooden figured grey MCM panels with mirror panels & decorative lights enhances the hugeness of the daughter bedroom.
Master bedroom is significantly placed in a corner maintaining its privacy with a good size of dress & toilet.
We have highlighted the huge 25’ long wall with burnt brick cladding in herringbone pattern as a back drop of Grey toned genuine leather sofa to make this space modest.
To create a welcoming entry, we provided MS pergolas on the entry steps & otta, which creates an interesting drama of light & shadow during the day time. Also, this gives a feel of coziness.
Dining table is placed artistically in the center of lighting shaft.
The MCM stone cladding on this triple height wall highlights the uniformity between all three floors.
On the first floor, a cantilever passage gives a vibe of openness and hugeness. This passage is visually connected with dining below & skylight above.
We planned to provide interconnectivity between all spaces & between all floors inside as well as outside. Also, we thought to make the stepped gardens on each floor having visual connections in-between.
The guest bedroom is kept simple with muted color palette which gives this room a minimalistic look.
Vestibule becomes the highlights of the interiors inside. A small window with wooden blinds is placed here to see outside even without opening the main door.
Stone veneer in combination with MS grills on the main door gives the raw & robust look.
The kitchen has visual connectivity to the drawing room & the front road to have a good visual control over outside activities & the entry as well while cooking.
The kitchen top is furnished with quartz. Beige colored back painted glass is used in the kitchen drawers & shutters.
We didn't want any boxy or overpowering structure in the front. So, we planned to stagger the terrace gardens at every level, which can be the most usable space even in the day time by creating a shelf shaded structure.
The home theatre is settled in rear side.
This is well treated with this acoustic panels with wooden floor tiles creating a warm ambience for the user.
On the second floor there is a large semi-covered terrace garden in the front zone.
The beige cladding with artificial lawn make the space more attractive.
The wall provides backdrop to the elevation elements at the same time maintains privacy and adds security feature to the project.
